Our 30-Day Happiness Promise
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. We know that finding the perfect gift matters, so if it's not working out, we've got you covered!
What We Need for Returns
To ensure your return goes smoothly, please make sure your item is:
- In the same condition you received it (unworn, unused, and ready to gift again!)
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Getting started is easy! Simply reach out to us at hello@giftislove.com and we'll guide you through the process. Once your return request is approved, we'll send you:
- A prepaid return shipping label
- Clear instructions on packaging and sending your item back

Please note: Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted, so always contact us first!
Damaged or Wrong Items?
We're so sorry if something arrived less than perfect! Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at hello@giftislove.com so we can make it right. Your happiness is our priority!
Items We Can't Accept Back
We love accepting returns, but some items just can't make the journey back for safety and quality reasons:
- Perishable items – Fresh flowers, plants, food, and other items with a short shelf life
- Personalized or custom items – Those special one-of-a-kind creations made just for you
- Personal care products – Beauty items and hygiene products
- Hazardous materials – Flammable liquids, gases, and similar items
- Sale items and gift cards – These are final sale

Want to Exchange Something?
While we don't offer direct exchanges, here's the fastest way to get what you need:
- Return your original item following our return process
- Once your return is approved, place a new order for the item you'd like instead
This helps us get your new gift to you as quickly as possible!
European Union Customers
If you're shopping from the EU, you have an additional 14-day cooling-off period from the date you receive your order. You can cancel or return your purchase for any reason during this time, no questions asked! The same return conditions apply: items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, and with your proof of purchase.
Refunds Made Simple
Once we receive your returned item, we'll:
- Inspect it and send you a notification about your refund status
- Process your approved refund within 10 business days to your original payment method
- Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to post the refund to your account
